- 4.8+ average rating across 20+ reviews (Superhost / Premier Host status counts too)
- Actively hosting, with a booking or review in the last 90 days
- A place with real character — a dome, a unique build, a strong existing following
- Outside Wyoming, and a fit for one of our themed collectives (or a good case for a new one)
- A host who's genuinely hands-on; guests can tell

Why we're actually doing this
We're a Sheridan, WY property management company and licensed real estate brokerage. We are not pitching you management, and Host Network hosts sit outside our own service area entirely. We'd just like to help the right kind of hosts — the ones with real character, wherever they are — get in front of guests who already love the Wyo Stays style. Being grouped into a themed collective, not one long undifferentiated list, is part of what makes the feature worth having.
