Why we're actually doing this
We're a Sheridan, WY property management company and licensed real estate brokerage. We are not pitching you management, and we know you don't need more to manage. We'd just like to help you get a few more of the right bookings. Being one of the few we feature, not one of many, already carries its own weight. If it ever makes sense down the road to extend an optional premium tier to partners in this group, we'll say so plainly. It's always your call, never a requirement. The free feature stays free either way.

Why would you do this for free? What's the catch?
No catch. We already have the guest demand, the local reach, and a content team producing feature pages every week for our own managed properties. Adding a small number of outside hosts costs us very little extra and buys real goodwill plus a bit of direct-booking traffic. If we ever add an optional paid tier on top, we'll say so plainly and it'll never be a requirement.
Is this actually a pitch to have Wyo Stays manage my property?
No. We're a Sheridan, WY property management company and licensed real estate brokerage, and we know you don't need more to manage. This is a free feature: nothing about it asks you to switch how you're managed.
How do I know this is legitimate and not a sales trick?
Check the license yourself: Dalton Goodyear is a licensed Wyoming real estate broker, and Wyo Stays is a real brokerage with a physical presence in Sheridan, not an anonymous listing site. We publish our real door count and review average on this page, updated nightly, and you can verify our other managed listings on Airbnb and Vrbo directly.
Do I have to move my listing to Airbnb, Vrbo, or anywhere specific?
No. Your feature page links straight to wherever you already take bookings, whether that's Airbnb, Vrbo, or your own site. We don't touch your listing and nothing routes through us.
What does it actually cost?
Nothing. The feature page, the write-up, and the link are free, and stay free. If it ever makes sense down the road to offer an optional premium tier to hosts already in this group, we'll say so plainly. It's always your call, never a requirement.
What if I don't hit the review bar yet?
Reapply once you clear it; we'd genuinely love to have you. It's a short, curated list on purpose, not an open directory, so we hold the bar for everyone.
Can I ask to be removed later?

Do you also handle home sales?
