This is a long-term position with a long-term company. WyoStays is expanding our property portfolio across the Sheridan area, and the right person in this role has a genuine path forward — more hours, more responsibility, and the opportunity to step into a lead role as our team grows. What the work looks like
- Preparing rental properties for incoming tenants, guests, and families — cleaning, staging, and inspecting to hospitality standards
- Turning vacation rentals between guests with speed and precision
- Conducting move-in and move-out inspections and documenting property condition
- Supporting light property build-outs — assembling furniture, unboxing, organizing
- Communicating property issues and flagging maintenance needs to our team
- Showing up, doing the work, and taking pride in what you leave behind
What we're looking for
- Experience in residential cleaning, property management, housekeeping, or hospitality
- Available Thursday through Monday — weekends 10am–5pm required
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and genuinely reliable
- Someone who wants to be here next year — not just next month

Operations Coordinator
Help us take great care of guests, owners, and homes. Wyo Stays manages vacation and rental homes in Sheridan, and we're looking for a dependable, people-first Operations Coordinator to keep the day running smoothly. You'll be the friendly first voice guests and owners reach, and the one who makes sure our cleaning and maintenance crews are where they need to be. What you'll do: answer guest and owner calls, texts, and messages quickly and warmly; help guests with the small stuff (questions, lockouts, how-tos); schedule and coordinate our cleaning and maintenance crews; keep the day's moving pieces organized so nothing slips; use simple tools that help you reply quickly and keep the day on track; pitch in on the odds and ends of taking care of homes. What we're looking for: local to the Sheridan area with a reliable vehicle; calm under pressure and genuinely good with people; organized — you don't drop the ball; comfortable texting and using basic apps; hospitality, front desk, dispatch, office, or customer-service experience is a plus (not required); someone who wants to grow with us.

Under Wyoming Statute W.S. 33-28-101 through 33-28-401, managing residential rental property for compensation requires a licensed real estate broker. Unlicensed "property managers" may be acting outside the bounds of Wyoming law — exposing owners and guests to unprotected agreements with no regulatory recourse.
