Under Wyoming Statute W.S. 33-28-101 through 33-28-401, managing residential rental property for compensation requires a licensed real estate broker. Unlicensed "property managers" may be acting outside the bounds of Wyoming law — exposing owners and guests to unprotected agreements with no regulatory recourse.
