Sheridan County, Wyoming's event season runs June through September. The biggest is the Sheridan WYO Rodeo and World Championship Indian Relay, confirmed by the organizing committee for July 14–17, 2027, with rodeo week running July 12–18. The Dead Swede Gravel Race, the Bighorn Trail Run in Dayton, and Longmire Days in nearby Buffalo round out the calendar; 2027 dates for those have not been published yet.
