Under Wyoming Statute W.S. 33-28-101 through 33-28-401, managing residential rental property for compensation requires a licensed real estate broker. Unlicensed "property managers" may be acting outside the bounds of Wyoming law — exposing your clients to unprotected agreements with no regulatory recourse. Eligibility: Referring agent must hold an active Wyoming real estate license in good standing with SCBOR or a recognized Wyoming association. Referral must be submitted via the form below prior to any contact between client and Wyo Stays.

- Referral submitted via the form below before any Wyo Stays contact with client
- Referral agreement signed within 7 days of submission
- Valid W-9 on file with Wyo Stays prior to fee payment
- One referral fee per client — not per property unless multi-property tier selected
For Referred Properties

- 🏡 Minimum 1 bedroom — cabins, homes, ranches, and commercial lodging welcome
