How Screening Works
Book your stay
Reserve any pet-friendly home the way you normally would. Add your pet at booking so the pet fee is included up front.
Get your BetterPet Passport link
Shortly after booking, you'll receive a link to complete a pet profile. It's branded BetterPet Passport — that email is really from us, not phishing.
Complete it before check-in
The profile takes about five minutes. Have your pet's vaccination records handy and you'll be done before the coffee's cold.
House Expectations
- Pets are never left alone unattended in the home.
- Pets stay off furniture unless the listing says otherwise.
- Waste gets cleaned up — inside, outside, everywhere.
- Guests are responsible for pet damage beyond normal wear.
