Co-hosting is a partnership. You stay hands-on with parts of the operation, and we handle the pieces you'd rather not — often guest communication, pricing, or turnover coordination. Good for the owner who enjoys hosting, is local, and wants support rather than a full hand-off.
Full management is exactly what it sounds like: we run everything — listings, pricing, guests, cleaning, maintenance, compliance, and financials — and you collect the income. Good for the owner who's out of the area, owns multiple doors, values their time highly, or simply wants the asset to run without them.
How to choose: - Local + enjoy it + want backup? → Co-hosting. - Out-of-area, busy, or scaling? → Full management. - Not sure? → Start with a conversation; we'll tell you honestly which serves you better.
