    What is the money for?

    • A referral service, not a lender

Lenders set the rate, amount and terms. You see their offer before you decide.

    • No fee to send a request

We do not charge you to send one. A lender may pay us if your financing funds.

    • Sending the form does not pull your credit

A lender may run a credit inquiry later. Ask before you agree to anything.

Funding for the way rentals actually work.

Pick the one that sounds like you. Each lists the kinds of financing we may refer and what owners and operators commonly use it for.

Furnish it, fix it, keep it booked.

Furnishing a new rental, replacing what guests wear out, covering a slow month between seasons, or adding another property to the portfolio.

    • Furniture, linens and décor
    • Repairs and upgrades between guests
    • A cushion for slow seasons
    • Down payment or purchase of another rental

    Programs we may refer

    • Business line of credit

Revolving access to cash for furnishing, repairs, slow seasons and surprises. Borrow, repay, borrow again.

    • Term loan

A lump sum with a set repayment schedule for a larger, one-time need.

    • Real estate financing

DSCR, fix-and-flip and bridge loans for rental property in Wyoming, Montana and Colorado.

    How it works

Three steps. You do not sign anything or upload documents to send the form.

    1. 1

      Send one short form

About three minutes. No documents yet. You choose what the money is for and where your business is.

    2. 2

      We match your request

We check it against the rules for your state and refer it to funding partners and lenders that may fit.

    3. 3

      You review offers

Lenders send offers with their own rates and terms. You choose one, or walk away.

    What lenders look at

You do not need any of this to send the form. It helps to know what a lender will ask for next.

    • Recent business bank statements

Lenders use them to see your deposits.

    • Basic business details

Legal name, state, type of business and how long you have operated.

    • A government ID for each owner

Lenders ask for it when they verify who they are lending to.

    • For real estate: the property and its rent

Address, expected or current rent, and what you plan to do with it.

Rules that depend on your state

The quiz applies these for you. Here they are in plain words.

    • Real estate requests

We take them for property in Wyoming, Montana and Colorado only. Elsewhere, a lender or mortgage broker licensed in that state is the right path.

    • Virginia, Connecticut, Missouri and Texas

We only refer term loans, lines of credit, equipment financing and SBA programs for businesses in these states.

    • California and New York

Lenders must give you their own commercial financing disclosures. We pass them through unchanged.

    Who you are dealing with

Wyo Stays LLC is a licensed Wyoming real estate brokerage and property manager based in Sheridan. We manage rental property for owners, so we know what a rental needs and what it costs to run one. The funding service is a referral: we do not lend, and we do not decide who gets funded.

    Questions people ask

Plain answers, with nothing promised that we cannot back up.

    Are you a lender?

No. Wyo Stays LLC is a business-funding referral service. We refer requests to third-party lenders and funding partners, and they set the rate, amount and terms. We may be paid by a lender if your financing funds.

Who can send a funding request?

Businesses in the United States. For real estate requests the property must be in Wyoming, Montana or Colorado. In Virginia, Connecticut, Missouri and Texas we only refer term loans, lines of credit, equipment financing and SBA programs.

Can short-term and long-term rental owners send a request?

Yes. Owners of short-term rentals, long-term rentals and vacation rentals can send a request, and so can property managers and other small businesses. The form asks what the money is for so we can refer it to programs that fit.

What happens after I send the request?

We review it against the rules for your state and the type of funding you asked about, then refer it to funding partners and lenders that may fit. Lenders contact you with their own questions and offers. You decide whether to continue with any of them.

What do lenders usually ask for?

Lenders commonly ask for recent business bank statements, a government ID and basic details about the business and its owners. For real estate loans they also look at the property and its rental income. Requirements vary by lender.

    Ready when you are.

One short form. Sending it does not pull your credit.

Wyo Stays LLC is a business-funding referral service, not a lender. We refer requests to third-party lenders and funding partners and may receive compensation from them if your financing funds. Submitting this form is not an application for credit and does not pull your credit; a lender may perform a credit inquiry, which could be a hard inquiry, before funding. Offers, rates and terms come from the lender. Nothing here is a guarantee of approval, amount or timing.
